Returns Policy


All of our products are made to order and cannot be returned due to a change of mind by the customer or a misunderstanding by the customer as to what they have ordered.


We will replace or refund your product if it;
• has been delivered in a faulty condition
• has been damaged in transit by the courier
• is the not the product that you ordered


If you have received a faulty, transit damaged or incorrect product please email us at support@choosy.com.au within 24 hours of the delivery of the product. Please include in your email a detailed description describing the problem with the product and a few clear photos showing the problem with the product and any damage to the packaging.


Please keep the packaging as it may need to be used again if the product needs to be sent back to us.


If a product return has been approved due only to product damage or an incorrect product we will send you a prepaid returns label so the product can be delivered back to us.
